Be Prepared: This 15-Minute TikTok Dance Cardio Routine Is Way Harder Than It Looks

If there's one thing we've gotten out of TikTok, it's a nonstop supply of bite-size dance choreography. But if you're not trying to learn every dance on the app (same), fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner of MadFit whipped up this 15-minute dance workout, which turns eight of the most popular TikTok songs into a cardio routine. And according to her comment section, it's way harder than it looks! The dance moves are all about cardio, but the mixture of bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and punches get your muscles working, too.
