From Jenny Sugar, POPSUGAR Fitness

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups frozen cherries
    1 frozen banana
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
1/3 cup vanilla or chocolate plant-based protein powder (I used 1 serving of vanilla KOS, which has 20 grams of protein per serving)
Toppings optional (chocolate chips, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, or granola)

Directions

  1. Add the frozen cherries, banana, and soy milk to a food processor or blender, and puree a few minutes until the fruit is finely chopped.
  2. Add the protein powder, and puree until smooth.
  3. Scoop out half the ice cream, add the toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
