This Hocus Pocus Dance Cardio Workout Will Absolutely Put a Spell on You

It's fall now (not officially, but September doesn't count as summer and we all know it), which means all I want to do is grab a glass of pumpkin spice anything, light a bunch of candles, and watch Halloween movies all day. Hocus Pocus is always at the top of my list, so whenever I feel like putting down the Halloween candy and getting in a workout, there's no question it'll be this incredible "I Put a Spell on You" cardio routine by choreographer and fitness instructor Joseph Corella.

The dance workout starts with a segment of Joseph teaching the moves without music, and his explanations help you get a grasp on the choreography before you try the whole number. This is a great option for beginners, but if you want to see the full choreography first, skip on ahead to time stamp 21:23 and watch Corella and his fellow "Sanderson Sisters" pull it off in full costumes and wigs!
