Megan Thee Stallion Kicks Off Summer in Slashed Swimsuit

Megan Thee Stallion, 26, isn't wasting any time getting into her Hot Girl Summer spirit. On Wednesday, the rapper flaunted her seriously toned abs in a bright orange cutout swimsuit, showing off the results of her "Hottie Bootcamp" workout method. "I'm working 🧡 new @fashionnova dropping soon," she said of her swimwear collaboration. What types of exercises does her routine involve and what is she eating to fuel up for her workouts? She Follows Her "Hottie Bootcamp" Workout

Megan has coined her workout routine "Hottie Bootcamp," sharing photos and videos of her workouts on social media. They consist of a blend of strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises. "These kettle bell work outs are hard…I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she captioned one of her workout videos. She also starts her workouts off by running on a treadmill.

She Is a Fan of Pole Dancing

Earlier this year, Megan declared "thee hardest work out I've ever done," in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class." She said it was tough "but I'm definitely going back ! What are somethings y'all do to keep the work out interesting ?"

She Changed Her Diet

While in the midst of Hottie Bootcamp, Megan started eating healthier and amping up hydration. According to BET she embarked on a seven-day challenge: "no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day."

These Are Her Favorite Snack Foods

Just because Megan is all about healthy eating, she still has cravings. "Am I the only one that starts craving random" stuff "when I'm eating clean," she wrote in a post. She also revealed she missed some of her favorite foods, a chopped beef sandwich, pancakes, M&Ms, and "some s'mores…." Nutritionist Ilana Muhlstein, author of You Can Drop It! , recommends you don't deny yourself the foods you love—but also recommends you drink your water first, eat "veggies most," and get on the scale every day. "When people go on the scale they actually start to change their cravings," she says, "because my clients literally text me, 'I'm craving two heads of romaine lettuce for dinner, like who am I?'"

Many experts, including Muhlstein, suggest taking photos of yourself during your fitness journey to stay motivated. A few months into hers, Megan shared a transformation photo, encouraging her followers to "stay consistent."
