Air Fryer Egg White Frittata Recipe

Serves 2

You'll Need

2 cups liquid egg whites
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped Roma tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped white onion

How to Make It

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F. Spray a 6" round baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Mix in spinach, tomato, salt, and onion. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour egg mixture into prepared dish.
  4. Place in the air fryer basket and cook 8 minutes until the center is set. Serve warm.
