What are The Queen's secrets? We know you're curious! Well, one very important habit we'd all love to follow is she gets a restful 8 ½ hours of sleep each and every night, according to Glamour. Sounds pretty dreamy, right? Queen Elizabeth supposedly heads to Dreamland at 11 p.m., and she wakes up at 7:30 a.m. every morning.

What else does she do? Prior to turning in for the night, she reportedly reads for a bit and also gets in some walking during the day.
