I was talking to a lady who had never seen before in a beauty salon. After discovering that I was a Pilates teacher and personal trainer, she proceeded to tell me about his ongoing battle with weight loss.

This woman was a true inspiration, having she managed to lose over 60 pounds by changing your diet and increasing exercise to your life. But as many of us know, motivation does not come with an endless supply; however, comes in waves of ups and downs.
